Ecolab is seeking aEuropean Commercial Technical Facility Care and Laundry Specialist to join our Institutional division, supporting our field sales teams across a dynamic European cluster. This role is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and deliver expert technical support in professional facility care and laundry services. You’ll play a key part in launching new products, training teams, resolving in-field challenges, and collaborating with R&D and marketing to shape the future of our solutions. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master‘s Degree (in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent) and 1-3 years job experience
  • Electrotechnical background required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in professional facility cleaning and laundry services
  • Fluency in German language and English required as well Polish and/or Turkish, other languages are beneficial
  • First leadership experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on a European and virtual base
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (min 50%)
  • Full driving licence and valid passport essential
  • Eagerness to learn fast and open minded and solution oriented, digital mindset
  • Strong people influencing skills, ability to inspire people,
  • Organise and prioritize many different deliverables for the business
  • Strong service-, customer- and results focus
  • Strong People skills and ability to lead and inspire remotely
  • IT skills: able to use MS Office suite and ERP systems
