REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Proven communication skills with a talent for storytelling, motivated to align teams toward shared goals that drive growth and credibility.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to understanding their needs and enabling their success.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment across business units and with sales organizations.
  • Passionate about enhancing surgical outcomes through innovative digital solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on target markets, procedures, opportunities, challenges, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and continuously refine the territory sales executive (TSE) growth strategy and capabilities.
  • Segment and prioritise key events, strategies, and target customers for maximum impact.
  • Ensure successful execution of all country-specific events through close collaboration with logistics and events teams.
  • Assess and implement specialty-specific claims and evidence strategies in target markets.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships across critical functions, including Regional & Upstream Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Customer Education, and local teams.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and surgical societies to drive collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance, messaging, positioning, tools, metrics, and frameworks to support regional execution.
  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 75%.
