We are looking for a

Responsibilities
  • Communication, support and advice for our international customers within the EU (incl. selected third countries)
  • Organization of international deliveries of goods
  • Supporting the Managing Directors and market leads with the forecasting of all products
  • Accepting, recording and processing orders
  • Preparation of invoices and shipping documents in German and English
  • Applying for import and export licenses from the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM)
  • Preparation of export notifications and relevant documentation in accordance with narcotics legislation
  • Coordination with the Supply Chain department regarding product availability, delivery times and production orders
  • Define shippings with services providers and tracking deliveries
  • Coordination with the quality department with regard to the release of products and specifications in the target country
  • Close cooperation with the Commercial Business regarding supply agreements and the expansion of business relationships in international sales
