ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Sound Electrical Background – Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a critical infrastructure environment.
  • Electrical engineering awareness.
  • Experience managing and reporting on operating costs for Operations & Maintenance services
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships up to a senior level including client visits and preparing presentations
  • Experience providing detailed asset and performance reporting
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent negotiation skills with proven experience of negotiating with partners/suppliers
  • Contract management skills including effectively managing sub-contractors and SLA’s
  • Reporting capabilities and forecasting trends utilising dashboards, PowerBI, excel
