Your Job • Coordinate daily communication with internal teams, logistics service providers and transport partners. • Arrange vehicle transport by truck, shipping or combined transport solutions across Europe. • Follow up on shipment status and ensure timely updates on transport progress. • Track vehicle movements and maintain accurate transport records in systems and Excel tools. • Prepare, collect and follow up transport-related documents, invoices and supporting paperwork. • Monitor transport delays, operational issues and bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up actions. • Support logistics supplier coordination, including supplier list maintenance and performance follow-up. • Participate in regular supplier review meetings and support operational improvement actions. • Identify opportunities to improve transport workflows, visibility and operational efficiency. • Provide operational support for transport-related logistics activities when required.
