Sales Support, Profitability, Product & Portfolio Management for all GTM channels in IAM and OES (focus) Work with the respective Technical Lead for ADAS re-calibration solutions, diagnostics hardware, EV test equipment and air conditioning service solutions to provide support for the respective products and define requirements for product enhancement and / or implementation (NPI) based on customer and market needs Align local / regional strategy together with Product Area PRM's as well as GTM and ensure deployment and delivery by local teams are executed effectively and targets are achieved Support new business acquisition, through effective project management, timely regional product releases and collaborative input on market pricing to achieve Establish, maintain, and develop demand generation activities. Actively support and drive New Business Acquisition of agreed products and services with sales teams." Job Responsibility Develop, Align, Maintain and communicate the local PA Product Roadmaps, PA Strategy Identify and drive new business opportunities esp. in new technology areas like EV in close cooperation with PA lead and cross functional teams (regional & global) Establish, Align, Monitor and achieve of financial KPI’s (TNS, EBIT) by Product Area/Channel Maintain and Optimize Product Portfolio from Phase-in to Phase out of products utilizing global and local portfolio (if applicable). Monitor portfolio profitability and take measures to eliminate loss making products. Maintain competitive market pricing for products Support operations and sales in demand planning for products Actively support sales by providing by generating demand for our product and services through Digital Marketing activities Support sales with consulting knowhow for Go-To-Market strategies, new business models and customized products/services. Actively survey market, customers and gain insights to ensure our solutions are focused on delivering customer success and profitable growth. Qualifications Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or similar Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Project Management Systems Attention to Detail, Excellent Communication Skills, Financial understanding of business costs Ability to translate technical information to easy-to-understand business concepts, fluent in English language Automotive engineering related experience, In-depth automotive Aftermarket know-how, Proven product management professional Desirable: Automotive IT Diagnostics Hardware/Software Experience in Diagnostics, EV technology, Air Conditioning and ADAS technologies for passenger cars and CV are a plus
