Description
We are looking for a dedicated EV Program Rebate Coordinator to support utility customers and contractors submitting digital applications for EVSE and installation rebates. This role involves application review, verifying supporting documents, and processing applications for payment. This role is extremely customer-facing in the form of incoming email and telephone inquiries about the Program parameters and application support. This role is based at our DNV office in Albuquerque, NM, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process. What You'll Do Process customer EV charger and point of sale rebate applications, including payment processing. Verify charging data from participating EV charger network service providers. Respond to all customer and contractor technical inquiries regarding incentives offered in the PNM Transportation Electrification Program. Perform database queries and program data analysis for internal and external reporting. Participate in the organization and delivery of Program events. Provide flexible support to other team members on an as-needed basis. Work in a safe manner with attention to detail.
