ABOUT THE DIVISION
Performance and Evaluation Division continuously builds the department’s evidence base by generating and reporting on analytic insights, research, evaluation, system performance, and departmental outcomes and sharing this evidence to inform decision-making. The Evaluation and Research Branch stewards the department’s evaluation and research functions. Working with internal and external stakeholders, ERB is responsible for the department’s evaluation policy and strategic research agenda; managing strategic research partnerships; and providing support for the annual budget cycle with a particular focus on strengthening implementation and insights from evaluations.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Desirable: A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, and demonstrated experience in research and/or program evaluation.
