JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a senior-level Evaluation Lead to guide and strengthen our evaluation and reporting functions. This role is responsible for funder reporting, organizational evaluation capacity, and enhancing how we measure and communicate impact. In addition, the Evaluation Lead will support the integration of evaluation frameworks and performance measures into both operational planning and strategic plan development, ensuring evaluation is embedded across organizational priorities. The ideal candidate brings both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in program evaluation. The hours for this role is approximately 12-20 hours/week with flexibility. This is a 6 month term position (until March 31, 2026) with a possibility of extension. The start date of this role will be October 1, 2025.
