Prepare product batches according to exact specifications. Conduct in-process tests such as Brix, pH, and temperature. Operate processing equipment in accordance with scheduled protocols. Monitor chart recorders and take immediate corrective action when deviations occur. Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) procedures on mix tanks, product lines, silos, and other process equipment. Track and verify all incoming ingredients for production. Maintain high quality and food safety standards in alignment with GMP and GFSI requirements. Communicate effectively with team members to share updates, concerns, and ensure seamless shift transitions. Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked to established standards. Maintain working knowledge of system mechanics including valves, pumps, and pipe swings. Execute basic maintenance tasks and assist in larger repairs or equipment changeovers. Perform assigned work orders and contribute to continuous improvement of the process. Support safety initiatives and report any hazards or concerns promptly. Assist in other operational areas as needed. Requirements What You’ll Need: High school diploma or GED. Forklift certification. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with processing equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
