Eansor Auto Group is looking for an Evening and Saturday Service Advisor in London!
The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. Our company is looking for a friendly, eager, customer centric individual who is passionate about building relationship with our customers. The Service Advisor is responsible for gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians in order to advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services and communicate this information in a professional manner, explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs.

• Work with customers to understand their vehicles’ needs.
• Assist walk in and phone customers with answering questions or concerns, quoting repairs, and booking appointments.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress and pricing of their repairs.
• Follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle, and when parts ordered have arrived to schedule appointments.
• Additional duties as assigned.
