We are a growing artisan bakery in the south of Sydney approx 25mins drive south of the airport & close to public transport, only 5 min walk from the train station. We produce a range of organic sourdoughs & pastry from scratch using natural ingredients. We take great pride in our work & quality of product.
We are looking for someone to help us with our packing & evening bake. You would need to be responsible, trustworthy, work autonomously, have great attention to detail, be able to adapt & understand that we are providing a premium product & needs to be delivered with quality & consistency.
Experience in a bakery or food production facility would be preferred & ideally experience & understanding of baking & ovens. Training can be provided. Could suit chef looking for a change of pace & experience
Room to grow within the business as we grow in many directions, be it in operations / production management, pastry, baking or other areas.
