Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude. Greet guests warmly as they enter the dining area, acting as the first point of contact for their evening experience. Maintain a clean and inviting dining room by promptly clearing plates, wiping tables, and removing trash throughout the shift. Monitor and restock dining supplies (napkins, cutlery, etc.) to ensure guests have everything they need. Perform end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping and mopping the lobby and dining area floors to ensure the space is reset for the next day. Answer guest questions using your knowledge of the hotel and local area to provide helpful information. Responsibilities
The attendant is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback by providing courteous service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked dining area.
