We are currently recruiting for an Evening Chef in Swords.
You must have at least 1 year experience working as a Chef in a fast paced environment and possess excellent standards and presentation skills. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive and dynamic company. KSG offers a fantastic line of progression within the chef field, after recently being approved for City & Guilds accreditation.
This is a full-time role, rostered 5 days over 7 and working hours are from 3 pm to 11 pm. Candidates must have full-time working rights in Ireland .

• To assist in the preparation of food according to recipes, menus and cooking standards.
• To assist in the set up and organisation of the assigned workstation.
• To contribute to the best of your ability to the production of food items and menu planning
• To ensure all dishes are prepared in an efficient and timely fashion and to the appropriate standard
• To operate in a safe and responsible manner with recognised techniques and working to HACCP procedures and company policies
