OVERVIEW

Preston North End Football Club are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the facilities and maintenance team as a part time evening cleaner.
Deepdale not only hosts football matches, but also various other day-to-day meetings, functions, birthday parties, clinics and much more. Your role will be to ensure that your areas of responsibility are cleaned within a set time frame and ready for use by both staff and the general public.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 12 months experience of working in a professional environment is essential.
• Previous experience of working with heavy machinary such as a floor machine or a buffer is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.

• Experience of infection control measures is desirable.
  The role requires you to work on your own for the majority of the time and as part of a team on occasions, part of your responsibilities will be to open and lock up certain areas.

Preston North End Football Club is a professional football club in Preston, Lancashire, whose first team currently play in the English Football League Championship. Preston North End stadium is situated in the heart of Preston, Deepdale. The Club operates over five sites to incorporate the first team, the academy team, the Preston North End Community and Education Trust (PNECET). the administration team and the stadium. Preston North End FC was officially formed in 1880 and was a founder member of the Football League in 1888. • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitise toilet facilities, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• To clean all areas of the stadium and its associated premises to a very high standard.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional service by responding to requests from staff or management regarding cleaning needs.
• General purpose cleaning of various areas within and around the stadium which include, but not limited to, stadium concourse areas, hospitality lounges, the stadium bowl, offices, the NHS Minerva Centre and the Heartbeat Clinic areas.
