Our Customer Service team is split into trade groups. Managing all aspects of scheduled work, they communicate with customers, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Making sure supporting information, such as reports and quotations, is shared to complete jobs is a basic requirement. Following up quotes and converting remedial sales is also a key requirement.
You’ll be expected to resolve customer requests quickly and efficiently. The role is suited to someone who takes responsibility for dealing with issues in an active way.
Our head office is a busy work environment. Prioritising the most urgent customer requests, but not overlooking other tasks that are less time-sensitive is essential. We’re looking for people who are confident, ambitious, and quick thinking.
