Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Evening Customer Service Team Member, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the evening and night-time hours. Working closely with the Duty Manager, you will ensure that our guests feel welcome, safe, and supported throughout their stay. Your role is vital in making sure the park is well-run, secure, and enjoyable for all visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE DETAILED BELOW:

· Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
· Act as the main point of contact for any guest enquiries or concerns during the evening.
· Respond quickly to any emergencies, including maintenance, health, or security issues.
· Assist with guest check-ins, ensuring they receive their welcome packs and necessary information.
· Use company vehicles to conduct evening patrols and security checks across the parks.
· Stay up to date with park facilities, accommodation, and events to answer guest queries.
· Ensure the security of the park by following lock-up procedures.
· Conduct regular checks on lighting, cleanliness, and general maintenance of park facilities.
· Address urgent maintenance or housekeeping issues when required.
· Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved effectively, reporting all concerns to the Duty Manager and Reception.
· Record any incidents in line with company procedures.
· Support bar and entertainment teams at the end of the evening, including assisting behind the bar and collecting glasses, if required.
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness in public restrooms throughout the evening.
· Maintain excellent communication with all departments using radios, telephones, emails, and handover logs.
· Complete and sign off all required checklists accurately.
· Report any maintenance tasks in the online maintenance log with clear descriptions.
· Deliver and connect gas when needed.
· Assist with general maintenance tasks as required.
· Any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department and company.
