EVENING EXPEDITOR/SUPPORT – ZAMBRI’S

We’re looking for an Evening Expeditor/Support Staff to join our team! This is a fluid role: some nights you’ll be the expeditor, coordinating the flow of the dining room and kitchen, while other nights you’ll providesupport, ensuring the service team runs smoothly. • Act as liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring dishes are timed and presented to Zambri’s standards
• Lead and support bussers and food runners, while maintaining clear communication with the culinary team
• Manage take-out platforms and coordinate order timing for the kitchen
• Provide support where needed to keep service flowing smoothly
