Description Full Time Evening Cleaning Position Available in South Bend, IN The Robotic Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the on-site cleaning robots and working alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the robotic operations on site - this position is responsible for operating 3 units at nearby buildings (easy walking distance) Perform routine maintenance & inspections on cleaning robots. Ensure any and all robotic operators are trained correctly & assist operators with troubleshooting as needed. Report any issues with the cleaning robots, as well as any safety issues. Work alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks. Present a professional and positive attitude with clients, employees, and office personnel with direct contact, emails, text and phone calls. Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Be respectful of all B and B Maintenance and client owned property. Grow with the company as a utility employee, wearing multiple hats. The pay range for this position is $18/hour. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.
