Need a little extra income?
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our fun and friendly kitchen team.
The roles are from 5 to 8pm daily, Up to five shifts a week and we are flexible on desired hours and shift patterns per week.
We are also seeking Saturday and Sunday day porters for 3 weekends a month.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-stocked. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the culinary field while working in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced chefs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes using an industrial dishwasher, hand washing utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Help with the storage of food items and ensure proper stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
• Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of each shift to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in basic cooking tasks as required, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
