Cleanslate is actively recruiting an Evening Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rahway, NJ!

Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00PM – 8:00PM (Overtime when required)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Evening Lead Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team. This role will be responsible for being the main point of contact for the Management in the evening hours to assign tasks and communicate directions to the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with order picking, truck loading, OSHA Safety protocols and thrives in a collaborative and fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Have valid Driver’s License
• At least 1+ Year of Warehouse Experience.
• Forklift Certified
• Ability to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA Safety protocols
• Must be bi-lingual
• Evening availability

  Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on prior experience
  Work Location: In person at Rahway, N

• Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Pick orders as assigned by management
• Help communicate with and lead an evening team of 4-6 employees.
• Load trucks and vans for next day deliveries
• Ensure vehicles are loaded in compliance with all safety standards
• Assist in double checking all picked orders and verify all products loaded on vehicle match bill of lading
• Assist with the cleaning and organizing of the warehouse
• Ensure proper closing and securing of the Warehouse at the end of shift.
• Supervise night crew staff, for guidance and support
• Oversee warehouse operations following company policies.
