Drawing on your strong customer service skills, you will respond to a range of enquiries from library users on referencing, research skills, digital skills, borrowing, memberships, collections, copyright and information. You will also provide first line support for library software and equipment.
In addition to your customer service and management responsibilities, you will help facilitate access to physical and digital collections, utilising the library management system to maintain library records and promote collections to inform and inspire student research.
