Your Role We’re looking for an Evening Line Cook, with experience working closing shifts. You will need to be available evenings, weekends, holidays and until 1 am. We are looking for someone who loves creating delicious dishes and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality meals that keep our guests coming back. Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste. Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required. What You Bring Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person. A passion for cooking and creating consistently great dishes. Attention to detail and pride in presentation. Ability to work well with a team and support others. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure.
