Description Supervisor: Facilities Director Department: Facilities Position Summary: Keep lodge environment clean (Cafe, Bar, Brownbag area and Bathrooms) Job Relationships: Responsible To: Facilities Director Employees Supervised: None Inter-Relationship: Work closely with Facilities Director and Cafe/Bar staff to better serve our guests Duties and Responsibilities: Clean inside/outside lodge area Clean and check supplies in bathroom Stock supplies as needed Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Take out garbage Additional duties maybe assigned Requirements Qualifications: Certification: None Experience: Previous experience preferred Other Requirements: Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers Environmental Factors: Frequent lifting of items 40 Lbs. or more Working around hot dishwasher and kitchen equipment May encounter severe weather while performing duties Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time Uneven and icy working surfaces Values Implementation: Always responds to guests’ needs Seeks ways to improve guest service Take pride in knowing that 49 North is a quality ski resort -- The most affordable, friendly, family ski area in the region.
