Artemis are looking for a passionate Evening Manager based at Curradine Barns. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, service-driven, and calm under pressure, with a genuine enthusiasm for great food and hospitality. You’ll be working as part of a close-knit team, so strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year’s experience in a managerial role within a catering environment handling 100+ covers is prefered.
• Own transport is essential due to the rural location.
• Candidates must have the right to work full-time in the UK.
• A good understanding of licensing laws and regulations.
• Confidence in leading and motivating a team.
• Flexibility to work longer hours during busy seasons and fewer hours during quieter periods.

• Reports directly to the General Manager.
• Some lone working will be required.
• Responsible for both the management and hands-on delivery of operational aspects of weddings, including dining room service.
• Oversee end-of-day procedures, including venue close-down, lock-up, and turnaround for the next event.
