Roots is a brunch and pizza restaurant based in Upminster, Essex. Established in 2015 after noticing a lack of restaurants in the area offering good quality food, our mission was to provide our customers with fresh, high quality, healthy dishes that are packed full of flavour. Originally opening as a brunch restaurant, we expanded our business in 2022 to also offer incredible, traditional Neapolitan pizzas in the evening. Since opening our restaurant in 2015 we have continued to grow year upon year. We are a key player in the local brunch scene, and our pizzas are also quickly becoming just as popular.
Due to growth, we are now looking for a superstar Evening Manager to join our talented team! As our Evening Manager it will be your responsibility to ensure the business is running seamlessly. You will be a strong leader and someone who can inspire, motivate and develop a team. It will be your responsibility to create a positive, driven and fun work environment so it’s important that you possess excellent communication skills and are a confident, upbeat individual.
You will also be commercially minded, passionate about customer service and have the drive to make our restaurant a cut above the rest! You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant including restaurant service, making sure stock and rotas are up to date and ensuring targets are met. There will be an expectation for you to run operations to the highest standard and work with the Restaurant Owner to push the business forward.
The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience, or within a similar role.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
