Requirements Requirements & Qualifications: A current Maine RN or LPN license. A valid Maine driver’s license and CPR certification (or the willingness to get certified within 30 days- we’ll help!). A genuine desire to work within Memory Care and dementia support. The ability to stay calm, think critically, and lead a team by example.
