Job Title: Evening Operations Manager
Reports to: Production Manager
Overall purpose: To effectively manage the running of all departments on the evening shift.
Hours: 1.30pm – 10.00pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience and detailed knowledge of food production, food safety, and technical standards (e.g. HACCP, BRC, FSA).
  • Experience of leading departmental shifts, people management and the ability to prioritise and delegate under pressure.
  • Knowledge of product quality, hygiene, traceability and customer specs.
  • IT literate, including knowledge of production software, stock systems, T& A and shift reporting tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally and the highest level, including mentoring and developing teams.
  • Results focused with a proven track record of KPI achievements in yield, waste, downtime and giveaway.
  • Commitment to professional development and business growth.
