OVERNIGHT & EVENING REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME 100% OPPORTUNITY

Conscientia Health, a growing psychiatric practice, is seeking remote Patient Care Coordinators to support evening and overnight coverage across time zones. ​ This role involves serving as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, handling calls, assisting with medical billing, and maintaining patient records. ​

Ideal candidates should have:

• Experience in sales strategies and working toward sales quotas
• Confident experience in verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with remote collaboration tools
• Prior call center, medical office, or front desk experience
• Have experience or interest in reporting and interpreting data to support informed decision-making
• Are skilled at compiling paperwork and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Can assist in auditing processes and support compliance efforts
• Excel at multitasking and staying organized in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Demonstrate precision in record keeping and accurate data entry
• Understand or are open to learning how to use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance
• Communicate with professionalism and confidence using excellent phone etiquette
• Brings a proactive, dependable work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure, paired with a genuine passion for patient-centered care and contributing to a purpose-driven team.
