MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish, as well as exhibit a professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Must be reliable and punctual and available to work evenings Monday – Thursday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
• Possibility to increase hours due to overlap and day-time coverage on an as needed basis.
• Must be comfortable answering phones and handling a switchboard as well as dealing with a diverse clientele seeking social services.
• Must be adaptable with the ability to quickly learn and apply understanding of agency policies and procedures to situations necessitating discretion.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision; must exhibit good judgement.
• Must be trustworthy and accurate with the ability to process cash, check and credit card payments precisely and utilize myEvolv.
• Must be computer proficient and able to quickly learn Agency-specific computer applications.
