JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Evening Receptionist to join our team 4 evenings per week. This is a varied role that combines front desk responsibilities with light food preparation, bar service, and occasional housekeeping support.

• Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism and a warm manner
• Handle telephone and email enquiries
• Serve drinks from the bar (training provided if needed)
• Assist in preparing and serving items from our Lite Bites menu
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and lounge area
• Support the housekeeping team with light duties when needed
• Ensure security and guest safety during evening hours
• Record and communicate guest requests or maintenance issues
