Description Craguns Resort on Gull Lake is looking for personable, mature, detail-oriented, and independent individuals to join our guest experience team as a Security and Transportation Officer! Looking for person/s to fill 3-11pm shift. Job Purpose A successful candidate in this position holds high responsibility for the safety of our guests and facilities, while ensuring a good time is being had by all. Our Security and Transportation Officers spend a lot of time interacting with guests, answering questions, assisting with any needs guests may have, and transporting them to their activities. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for great customer service and a high priority for safety! Requirements Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points Large focus on running shuttles for golfers, groups, special events etc. Greet and identify visitors Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers Controls traffic by directing drivers Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions and provide information during non-business hours or when front desk is not available Monitor all cabins, buildings, and systems De-escalate situations in a friendly and professional manner Work in other 'Guest Experience' departments as needed (ie.,front desk, marina, housekeeping, and conference services) Requirements Must be able to pass a background check A valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required Must have excellent verbal communication skills Must be extremely organized, personable, and enthusiastic Customer service background a plus! Must be 18yrs or older Ability to work a flexible schedule Come join the Lakes Area home for great friends, family, and having fun! This is a part time or full time year round 3-11pm shift!
