Description Evening Dispatcher – Customer Service / Service Coordination 4 Day Work Week with 1 day from Home Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday | 2:00 PM – Midnight Hybrid: 1 Work-From-Home Day Per Week Pay: $20–$23/hour + $1/hour Evening Shift Incentive MCT Companies is hiring an Evening Dispatcher to help coordinate service support for technicians and customers across the country. If you enjoy problem solving, helping customers, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit. This position plays a key role in making sure equipment issues are handled quickly by coordinating technicians, tracking repairs, and keeping customers informed. Requirements What You’ll Do • Dispatch and coordinate service technicians when equipment breakdowns occur • Communicate with customers and technicians to resolve issues quickly • Monitor and update service tickets throughout your shift • Track repairs from start to completion • Manage repair orders including warranty, parts, service time, and billing details • Identify the nearest service provider when urgent repairs are needed • Assist customers with service-related questions and equipment issues What We’re Looking For • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) • Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed • High School Diploma or GED required • Technician or refrigeration experience is a plus, but not required Why Join MCT Companies?
