Long-Term Permanent Opportunities Available – We’re Hiring Full-Time Evening Shift CNC Lathe and Mill Operators
Location: South Edmonton
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (40 hrs/week)
Wage: $28 – $35/hr (depending on experience)
Status: Permanent, Full-Time + Full Benefits & Flex Credits
Are you an experienced CNC operator who takes pride in your setup skills and thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment? We’re growing our evening shift team and are looking for intermediate to senior-level CNC machinists who can hit the ground running — not just push buttons.
We’re hiring:
4 CNC Lathe Operators
2 CNC Mill Operators
QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and/or mills
✅ Solid understanding of FANUC controls
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
✅ Experience with G-code and conversational programming (basic level)
✅ Proven ability to perform setups independently
✅ Knowledge of safe machining practices and quality control procedures
✅ High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in machining is an asset
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔ Strong experience with full setups (not just machine operation)
✔ Comfortable holding tolerances from ±.005” to ±.020”, with occasional ±.002”
✔ Familiarity with MasterCam or Fusion 360 is a bonus — we’d love at least one or two operators who can assist with offline programming
✔ A proactive, dependable team player who works well with minimal supervision
