About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Print Technician to support MiiR’s in-house digital printing and custom decoration operations. In this role, you’ll manage digitally printed orders from prep through production, quality checks, and packing, working closely with Production, Custom Product, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment. You’re comfortable working with digital files, adapting to varying order sizes, and continuously improving workflows to support efficient, accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities: Support in-house digital printing for custom orders, including samples and production runs Work with Production, Custom Product, and Warehouse teams to prepare and complete orders on time Pick and prepare inventory and assist with transferring artwork files into printing software Set up and operate printing equipment, with training provided Perform print preparation, printing, cleaning, basic quality checks, and packaging Follow established processes to ensure accurate, high-quality output Assist with daily equipment cleaning and routine upkeep Sort, organize, and prepare finished orders for shipment Requirements Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused while completing repetitive production tasks Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods and working on your feet throughout the day Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Good vision and ability to differentiate colors accurately Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small items and equipment carefully Comfortable working around strong smells such as inks, coatings, and cleaning solutions Basic computer proficiency, including email, Google Drive, and learning internal systems such as ERP or printing software Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members and supervisors Preferred Experience Familiarity with CMYK, Pantone, and spot color systems Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Familiarity with RIP (Raster Image Processing) software used in print production Experience working with large-format or large-scale digital printers, including cylindrical press equipment Experience with color matching and maintaining color consistency across print runs Core Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees 401(k) with company match Generous paid parental leave Paid vacation time based on accrual Work-Life Perks Discounts on MiiR products + pro deals with top outdoor brands Work with a Certified B Corp committed to sustainability, community impact, and thoughtful growth At MiiR, we strive to offer competitive, equitable pay paired with meaningful benefits, flexibility, and a mission-driven culture. Our salary ranges are thoughtfully benchmarked to reflect our size, stage, and values as an independently owned, Certified B Corporation. The pay range for this role is $22–$25 per hour. This is a non-exempt, hourly position, meaning the role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM/7PM to 12:00 AM/1 AM totaling approximately 30 hours per week. New hire pay typically falls between the range minimum and midpoint, depending on job-related skills, experience, and expertise as assessed during the interview process.
