The ideal candidate will be outgoing, dedicated to maintaining positive, supportive relationships with our customers and staff, eager to assist them with their traveling needs and selections of products as well as the employee growth. We work with Truck Drivers and Travelers from all over the World, assisting in their dining needs, unique gifts, CAT Scale, fueling, and so much more! Responsibilities Lead the shift and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently without direct manager supervision. Supervise and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with merchandise selection and purchases. Operate cash registers and maintain accurate cash drawers and deposits. Handle and help de-escalate customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including cleaning restrooms, equipment, and sales areas. Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver friendly, high-quality service. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Leadership & Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage a small team. Food Safety Certification: Knowledge of health department regulations, often requiring a food handler permit or certification. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Technical Skills: Experience with POS systems, cash registers, and inventory management. Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, and holidays. Customer Service: Friendly and helpful personality with a willingness to assist customers promptly Experience: Previous retail and supervisory experience are a plus Must be able to work well with others
