We’re on the lookout for a capable and committed Warehouse Evening Shift Manager to lead our evening operations. This is a brand-new role created through expansion—and we need someone ready to hit the ground running and keep things ticking like clockwork.
We’re recruiting for a friendly, family-owned eCommerce company dispatching over 350,000 orders a year through platforms like Amazon, eBay, B&Q, The Range, TikTok, and more. If there’s a marketplace, there’re probably on it!

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 28 hours per week
• £15.70 per hour (£22,932) for 28 hours
• 28 days holiday (incl. Bank Hols)

WHAT WILL MY DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES BE FOR THIS WAREHOUSE MANAGER ROLE?

• Oversee all evening warehouse operations: picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead a team of 3–4 staff, keeping workflow slick and spirits high
• Handle order issues, stock hiccups, and organisational tweaks like a pro
• Ensure smooth handover from day shift and report any shortfalls
• Secure the building after shift – you’re the closer!

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED FOR THIS WAREHOUSE MANAGER ROLE?

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager (evening shift experience is a bonus)
• Strong leadership skills and a calm, can-do attitude
• Solid grasp of logistics, order processing, and warehouse best practices
• Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (training provided)
• Excellent understanding of health & safety standards
