Description The coordinator is the first person our guests interact with at each visit to make a first impression no matter how often the guest has visited the school. Our guests include those with appointments, researching the school for enrollment, shopping for their favorite Aveda products, etc. The coordinator sets the pace for the visit from checking the guest in, filling out proper paperwork, calling the student, answering questions about the products, loyalty program and scheduling guest for next visit. This position also keeps the front retail area clean and organized. The coordinator assists guests with their retail needs by consulting with guests to find out what their concerns are to recommend the products that will be best for their needs. Requirements Excellent communications skills, problem solving ability, above average math skills, loves people, multi tasking, ability to keep busy during down times.
