PREVIOUS EVENT EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE.
Full time office based - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5 pm.
Key responsibilities include:
· Reply to incoming enquiries via website telephone and email.
· Advising clients on options available to them & solutions to their on-site sanitation needs.
· Uphold the highest customer care/service levels and product quality excellence.
· Managing all sizes of event customers & upselling existing customers to our full product range.
· Building quotes and consulting with the clients on the best solutions to ensure their event runs smoothly
· Processes orders, take payment and complete sales administration.
· Attend and run event sales exhibitions twice per year.
· Communicate effectively with operations, marketing, and accounts teams.
· Support the onsite Event Managers as well as the Head of Events
EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE:
The successful candidate for the Event Account Executive position will possess:
· Background in Events, sales, admin & office-based roles
· Commercial acumen with an understanding of operational impact.
· Strong communication skills to provide rounded opinions and clear recommendations.
· Strong organisational skills & can multitask to a high level.
· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, apps, and hire software.

As the event account executive working at our head office in Lasham, you will lead the sales side of the event department, supporting the Head of Events in consistently delivering sales and high levels of customer service for the events industry. You will be accountable for the event sales revenues, as well as for organising and communicating with event organisers and our internal operations team.
