Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, interacting with people, and contributing to successful event experiences. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating event logistics. Support event setup, registration, and breakdown activities. Welcome attendees and provide information throughout events. Distribute promotional materials and assist with event presentations. Coordinate event supplies, materials, and equipment. Monitor event activities and provide on-site support as needed. Help maintain a positive and professional experience for attendees. Gather feedback and assist with post-event reporting. Collaborate with team members to ensure events are executed successfully. Perform additional event-related duties as assigned.
