This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to support the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events, from industry trade shows and product launches to client-facing seminars and internal team-building activities. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner with outstanding communication skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences that align with our company's strategic goals. Responsibilities * Assist the event management team in all stages of the event lifecycle, from initial conception and planning through to on-site execution and post-event analysis. * Coordinate event logistics, including venue sourcing, catering, audio-visual equipment, and travel arrangements. * Manage guest lists, send invitations, and track RSVPs to ensure accurate attendee records. * Prepare and organise event materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, name badges, and delegate packs. * Liaise professionally with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget. * Provide essential on-site support during events, assisting with registration, guest enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the schedule. * Assist with tracking event budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to help promote events and maximise their impact. Qualifications * Proven experience in a similar role, such as event coordination, administration, or project support. * Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. * A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
