What You’ll Do
As an Event Assistant, you’ll support our DJs and photo booth team at weddings, school dances, corporate parties, and more. You’ll help with setup, interact with guests, run gear, and keep the energy high all night long.
We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic personalities (aka people who can make strangers smile)
- Weekend availability (most events are Friday–Sunday)
- Reliable transportation to and from events
- A team player who’s not afraid to hustle and have fun doing it
- Attentive hospitality and makes guests feel welcomed and cared forHospitality
What You DON’T Need
- Experience (we train you and pay you while we do it)
- Fancy degrees or a boring resume
- To be a DJ already

Event Staff Performance Standards:
- Take initiative every time an opportunity arises that you are able to serve someone on an above average level, even if it is outside of your job description
- Gain full competency on all the equipment we use
- Have a full understanding of all event details prior to performance
- Provide a performance that people want to brag about
- Wow clients, guests and vendors by serving them on a higher than average level Setup equipment in an acoustically appealing, visually pleasing and safe fashion
- Make our clients feel special by promptly addressing all important requests before the conclusion of the event
- Keep the party rockin’ by promptly fixing any glitches, bugs and “things that aren’t working” at events
- Protect, service and clean equipment to keep it functioning for as long as possible
- Consistently check in with the client to insure they are happy
- Capture photos and videos of each event for social media and promotional use Follow company procedures and checklists
- Constantly research, practice and learn to improve knowledge and job performance

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.18 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
