We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Event Assistant to support our operations and help bring our events to life.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Event Assistant will work closely with the Owner and Catering Manager to ensure smooth planning and execution of events. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both organization and hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Event planning or coordination experience is considered an asset
  • Food & Beverage experience is required
  • Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or Event Management is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Energetic, personable, and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a team-focused mindset
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and professional in all interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and general computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving supplies
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
