What You'll Do As an Event Attendant, you'll be the face of Legacy Parking — delivering exceptional customer experiences from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. Your day-to-day will include greeting customers and providing our standard of service (uniform, greeting, problem-solving, and farewell), assisting guests throughout the facility, lanes, and parking office, issuing tickets and collecting payments, directing traffic efficiently and safely, performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks, and taking on special projects as assigned by management. Responsibilities
Event Attendants will serve as the primary contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer experiences from arrival to departure, which includes greeting, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Key duties involve issuing tickets, collecting payments, directing traffic safely, and performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
