Banquet Area (1st floor) You are the main contact person on site for all conference guests and ensure that everything runs smoothly You ensure that the rooms are set up and prepared according to the function sheets and schedules, with attention to detail You coordinate your daily schedule independently and make sure that no coffee break, lunch or other service is forgotten You accompany events operationally from the preparation through to the follow-up You work hand in hand with your colleagues from the Events and F&B departments Events & Administration You support the planning, organization and coordination of events, conferences, group requests and internal events You handle administrative tasks related to events, including maintaining event data, preparing invoices and follow-up evaluations You participate in function meetings and support the coordination and implementation of upcoming events You support the Event Manager in the organization of events and selected projects You work closely with the Events, F&B, Front Office, Sales and Administration teams as well as external partners Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV ...
