JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained.
• Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
