We are seeking Event Bartenders who are not only skilled mixologists but also polished service professionals. This part-time position is ideal for those who bring both technical craft and elevated guest interaction to the bar. Shifts typically range from 1 to 3 events per month, with additional opportunities based on availability and performance. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness Assess guest preferences and offer thoughtful recommendations Mix and serve craft cocktails with consistency and style Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service Ensure setup and breakdown of bar equipment is done efficiently and correctly Follow all safety, sanitation, and beverage compliance standards Execute additional duties as assigned by the Bar Captain Contribute to a seamless event experience by supporting service team collaboration Skills & Qualifications Proven bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer A polished demeanor and excellent communication skills Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize guest experience Exceptional attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail Comfort using bar tools and handling garnishes, glassware, and ingredients with care RBS Certification preferred (required to be obtained upon hire if not current) Requirements Valid California Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer A vibrant and supportive work environment Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunities to work high-profile, luxury events A chance to be part of a team where service, style, and craft all matter Compensation: $27 - $28/hour
