We are seeking a talented Event Chef to join our dynamic team at Above All Catering in Orange County. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding culinary experiences for weddings, social events, and corporate gatherings. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation as the best caterer in the region.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Provide exceptional culinary experiences that delight clients.
• Work under leadership of a captain and event chef lead and be able to communicate with them
• Work with the catering team to ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a catering or restaurant environment.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
• Banquet or catering experience a plus but not required
