We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Chef to join our team and lead the culinary operations for a variety of special events, including, corporate gatherings, private parties, and large-scale celebrations.
As an Event Chef, you will be responsible for designing event-specific menus, coordinating with event planners, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences that exceed client expectations and align with the event’s theme and requirements. Your expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management will be essential in delivering exceptional service in dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering or event-based culinary services, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and event logistics.
You will be expected to maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory and food costs, and collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless event execution. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences are essential for success in this role.

• Supervise setup and breakdown of event kitchen operations.

The Person:

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in catering or events.
• Professional training.
• Strong menu planning and food presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
