Job Description We’re opening an Event & Community Coordinator role for students — for someone who is just starting their career, is excited about tech, software development and AI, loves networking with people, and wants to grow in the world of developer communities. You’ll be part of the Wix Engineering Brand Team that represents the company in the local tech ecosystem. As a Coordinator, you’ll help us organize events, support our presence at conferences and meetups, assist internal speakers, and closely collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement across the community. This role is hands-on and operational, with lots of opportunities to learn from our brand professionals and the Wix culture. What you’ll do Support community and brand activities across Ukraine among developers and other tech professionals. Help us execute the community engagement plans such as meetups, workshops, company-hosted events, blogs, and social media content — from basic planning and logistics to promotion and follow-up. Identify, engage and support internal speakers for meetups, conferences, and other tech events. Partner with internal teams (Wix Engineering, Employer Brand, Procurement, Ops, HR, and Communications) to coordinate the implementation of Wix brand activities. Monitor the events, tech hubs, universities, local tech leaders, tech/AI trends and help spot relevant discussions externally to support our brand visibility. Qualifications Qualifications Active student / Junior-level candidate with relevant internships/projects in community management, social media, content, or brand engagement Genuine interest in the tech industry and developer culture — you’re curious about how things are built, how tech communities work, and what developers care about. Bold, persistent, and proactive personality — you follow up, drive things forward, and are not afraid to reach out to people, ask questions, and learn by doing. Solid team collaboration skills — you enjoy meeting new people, connecting them, and building relationships. Organized and reliable — you can juggle multiple tasks, keep track of details, and deliver on time. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans can change and you need to adapt quickly. Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian — clear, friendly, and confident in both written and spoken communication. Additional Information Additional Information Wix Brand & Community serves as the voice of Wix Engineering, connecting with developers and technology-focused audiences worldwide. This role may occasionally require flexible availability or availability outside of standard working hours (within weekdays), depending on community needs (usually on event days).
